Downtown Harvest Fest

Saturday, October 17th

The Grace Youth Group has again been invited to provide a food concession for the annual Downtown Association Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 17, from 10:00-2:00.  We will have the Coke concession trailer set up on Madison Street outside Central Bank, which graciously allows us to use their electrical hook-up.  We will sell hamburgers, hot dogs, various chips and sodas, including Coke of course.

In the previous three concession opportunities we’ve had downtown, we’ve garnered more than $2,000, so this is a very important event for us.  It also provides the youth group with the chance to make Grace Church more visible in our community while providing hospitality and affordable meals to families and individuals attending the event. 

Lots of youth and adult helpers will be needed, both before and during the event, so please put this on your calendar and plan to help.
