Phillip and Felicity Foffel built their family business selling ready to eat, pre-cooked, and vacuum packed falafels over the Internet.  The growing popularity of this Middle Eastern food has given a welcome boost to their sales, and they have now established their corporate headquarters at Fruit Fall Farm in Philadelphia.  Their falafels, made with garbanzo beans, savory sesame sauce, fava beans, and other delicious greens, are a true gastronomic celebration.
