Property Committee Update

More property issues have been addressed in the last few weeks.  Our deposit has been received by the Bovard Studios for the stained glass window restoration and preservation, a project of the Campaign for Grace. The job is expected to start in three to six months, and we will know the start date approximately one month before they start the work.  The slate roof tiles that were torn from the sanctuary’s roof after storms last month have been repaired.  Mary Lee, Property Committee Member, will be meeting with a painter who will paint the chancel area. The wall behind the organ is damaged from the fire exit job.  Jerry Biele, the Sexton for the last four years, retired Sunday, September 30^th.  I have interviewed one potential applicant and am waiting for a response from another.
