Prayer Chain

In 199 verses, the Bible urges us to pray 122 times and refers to prayer 105 times in 100 verses

Romans 8:26 (NRSV) says "Likewise, the spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but that very Spirit intercedes with signs too deep for words."

Several members of Grace responded to an opportunity in the Time and Talent survey to participate in a prayer chain.  These individuals have committed to include, at least once a week, the prayer requests in the Sunday bulletin in their own prayer discipline.  Members with short term requests, emergencies, and personal requests that they do not want on the published list are encouraged to contact Shariya either by email at shariyagrace@embarqmail.com or to call her or otherwise visit with her about their needs.
