Prayer Shawl Ministry Retreat
The next retreat will be Saturday, November 8, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Chapel.
Our next retreat will be Saturday, November 8th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Now is the perfect time to learn to knit or crochet or renew your skills. If you have been worried you might not be able to make a shawl or blanket, we have an easy pattern for a “pocket shawl” used by people who need comfort when a large shawl or blanket is not appropriate. This is a wonderful beginning project. It is called a “pocket shawl” because it fits in a pocket or can be hand-held. Please join us and learn to make this small project for people in need.
Remember if you have a loved one who is in need or having an important event, please contact either Paula, Nancy, Shariya, or the office for a shawl or blanket or fill out one of the forms on the bulletin board. We are here to help.
We will bless shawls on the second Sunday of the month in the Chapel following the 8:00 a.m. service.
