Wreaths for Heroes

In February, 2010, a local campaign was started to decorate each grave in the Jefferson City National Cemetery located at 1024 E. McCarty St. with a Christmas wreath to honor our military heroes. There are approximate 1600 graves. With your help, this can be accomplished. Artificial wreaths will be purchased so that they can be used for 3 years. The wreaths will be placed on the graves in a special ceremony on December 11th and removed on January 20th. The cost of each wreath is $10. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
